WILDlife: African Big Cats: Mating Lions
Breeding pair of lions (Makulu Mapogo and Ximhungwe Lioness) go through the mating ritual in an open plain.
Lions will mate on average every 20 mins over 4 – 5 days. Mating occurs every couple of weeks until the female is pregnant.
